Shipping & Return Policy

Order Cancelations:

We accept order cancelations up to 48 hours after the order is placed as long as the order has not been shipped. 

Returns:

Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our products, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. 

Reporting A Defective, Damaged, or Lost Product:

If your order arrived damaged, please submit a photo of the damaged item to FromEarth2Us@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. We will send you a new, undamaged product at no additional cost, or offer a refund or store credit. If your order is lost in transit, please email FromEarth2Us@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Incorrect Addresses/ Undeliverable:

Please confirm that the address information you enter for shipping is correct. We are not able to make corrections after an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses they provide. From Earth 2 Us will not be liable for any returned, forwarded, or undeliverable packages. If you notice your address is incorrect after initially placing your order, please email FromEarth2Us@gmail.com immediately and we will update the address for you. 

Shipping: 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Service within 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 3 - 8 business days from the date of shipment. The estimated delivery dates shown during checkout reflect the average shipping time from our warehouse in South Florida to your zip code. Please note that these dates are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information to track your order. Please ensure your correct email address is entered at checkout to receive this notification.
